Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from CatsCraftsToys LLC! If you are not satisfied for any reason please let know us right away.

We will accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, returns must be made by the original purchaser, in new and unused condition with all of the original tags/packaging. 

• You must notify us of your intent to return at catscraftstoys@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.  Please provide the name on your order and order number.
• Personalized items may not be returned unless there was a manufacturing defect.
• Returns must then be received within 14 business days of your initial email notifying us of your return.
• Returned item MUST be returned in all original packaging and in the original condition received.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended that tracking be purchased in order to properly track your return.
• Refund will be made within 5 business days of receiving your returned item in the original method of payment, minus the cost of original shipping.

Damaged in shipping

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within five business days of delivery. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item/packaging. We will work together to handle a return or replacement. Damaged items reported after five business days may not be eligible for return or replacement.
